How to Imprint Phone Case

 

1. Print your design in reverse on sublimation paper using sublimation ink.
2. Remove the protective film from the surface of the plate.
3. Secure paper face down onto the plate with heat resistant tape.
4. * Heat press with medium pressure for 60  secs at a temperature of 180°C.
5. Remove paper from the plate.
6. Attach the plate to the case and fit onto the phone.

 

Transfer parameters *

 

Medium pressure

Temperature 180°C

Press time 60 secs.(Longer times lead to darker impressions)

Do not keep paper prints for extended time periods, transfer your design to product within few hours of printing for best results.
