Reflective Flex - Heat transfer film for fabric

 

Description

 

Reflective flex is made up of fine glass beads to produce a high intensity reflective material used for designs that are computer cut and heat transferred to fabric.

 

Reflective flex is designed to provide garments such as leisure and active wear with a high level of visibility at night. It provides a high reflectivity in a silver/white colour when light shines on it in the dark.

 

Reflective flex is washable and can be used on cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic or similar textiles. Not suitable for treated and dyed garments.

 

How to Use Reflective Flex

 

1. Cut your design in reverse (mirror image) using a vinyl cutter.
2. Weed out the excess flex.
3. Place your design in position on your fabric.
4. * Heat press with medium pressure for 5-10 secs at a temperature between 140°C - 150°C.
5. Remove polyester backing film when it is cool.
