Description

 

This wooden frame holds a medium ceramic tile  or luminous medium tile with your own design or picture to display it. It can stand up or be place flat on a surface. The tile is sold separately.

 

How to Imprint Tile

 

  1. Print your design in reverse on sublimation paper using sublimation ink.
  2. Secure paper face down on the tile with heat resistant tape.
  3. * Heat press with medium pressure for 300-400 secs at a temperature of 185°C.
  4. Remove paper from the tile.
  5. Place the tile into the frame.

 

Transfer parameters *

 

Medium pressure

Temperature 185°C

Press time 300-400 secs (Longer times lead to darker impressions)

Although the tile is fairly flat, there may be small variations. It is therefore recommended that you use a silicon mat when heat pressing to ensure good results.

Do not keep paper prints for extended time periods, transfer your design to product within few hours of printing for best results.
